The time has come
Three months have passed since I have been kept in the palace of BaTloung, life has not been as bad as I thought it would be, they gave me a room in the maiden’s quarters and it is a very spacious room. I have everything I need that includes a kitchen with a fridge full of food and groceries to cook for myself. My house is bigger than this but this one is modern and stylish with laminated floors.
I am allowed to move around the palace with a guard following me around but am not allowed to leave. Maidens go about their work but don’t say a word to me, that makes me lonely because I have no one to talk to. I miss my mother and Lehasa. I hope they are looking for me. I can’t contact them because my phone was taken away.

A week has passed and Mapula was still in the forest fasting and praying. She was only drinking water but also feeling week from lack of energy due to not eating for days. Today was Wednesday which marks a week of her sleeping in the woods, on a towel, and not eating.
