Heads turned as the door was slid open, and her vision threatened to blur as different pairs of eyes pricked her skin, it was horrifying how silent and cold the office was. It was different, bigger, and wider than Sean's. They all sat around a conference table with different files scattered before them, Maria did a mental headcount, they were nine of them, seven of whom she had never seen, the other two being Higgins and Sean. She inhaled deeply, wishing for the sudden weight on her shoulders to lighten.
