Saira's POV.\

"I do realise I should have an appointment to meet Mr. Norcross but this is urgent." I said trying to maintain the smile at the old frowning shrew at behind the counter.

She reminds me of my warden back in hostel whose primary motive in life seemed to be to frown upon everything youngsters did.

I sucked in my breath - taking a long deep breath. I would need to do that a couple of times more to overcome my urge to want to rip this old hag's nose right off her face.
