My mind raced, deciding whether to believe her, she might be trying to scare me.

“You must be wondering how we know. Kaio told us everything, he wouldn't lie, Agatha is being held prisoner, and Kaio handed her over to the Clan, as proof of his loyalty. Those old men sure had a lot of fun with her.”

The sudden anger applied itself strongly to my hands, I walked up to Nica and hit her in the face, her face turned, and she would fight back, but Alaric caught her arm pulling her back.

“I’m going to kill you you bitch!” he says hysterically.

"He comes!" I say full of anger.

“Get out of here Nica!” says Alaric, resisting his order, he takes her out of the room himself.

My breathing was out of control, as was my heartbeat, my chest hurt, and a sudden anguish hit me, thinking about Agatha, and the entire Bennet family. Kaio is a damn traitor.

“My mother, where is she?” I asked.<
