Chapter 18: Curiosity

The twins went back inside to eat with their in-laws.

Winston Lohr, Zacharias' father cheerfully invited them to their dining room.

“Aiya~ my only son is now married, of course, we need to celebrate!” he said as he patted Harold Lu's shoulder.

Harold laughed. “Well, you have to bring out your finest wine!”

“I hope you like Chardonnays!”

“Oh, I most certainly do!”

The two old men continued to the dining room while talking about wines. This scene is not new to the bunch.

Harold and Winston had a good relationship since they were young.

Winston's sister, Margaret is best friends with Hillary, who married Harold. Naturally, their children all played together. Rui, Margaret's daughter, became best friends with Phyllis, Hillary's daughter, and Leila, daughter of Laura Ning.
