“ So is that how you both became friends?” Lucas asked.

“ We could say that was the beginning of our friendship. She was a bit like bubble gum stuck in one's hair and I somehow became fond of her,” I shrugged and chuckled thinking back at how nice Lily was to me which made me realize even more how ungrateful I was to her.
