Ava's POV

A fresh breeze blew my hair at my face as the car passed by, I froze at a stance as cold ran down my spine. I am freezing and my legs ached.

"You shouldn't be out in the dark" A voice emitted from a black car parked beside me.

I looked through the window but I couldn't see a thing.

The window slid down and Zach waved at me with a smile on his face.

"Hi, Zach" I smiled back at him, he looked gorgeous like he is perfectly healthy.

"It's not dark, it's just 6:30" My mood brightened as he opened the car door for me.

I hopped in.

"Why would I leave a beautiful damsel like you on an expressway" He whispered as he ignited the car engine.

"Thanks," I said as I put on my seatbelt.

"Why didn't you tell me？"I asked and he glared at me.

I got frightened as the smile on his face turned to a frown. A lot of things must be going on in his mind. He fixed his eyes on the road through the front mirror.

"Tell you what？"He placed his hands on the car steering and furrowed his eyebrows.
