"Rico?"

My voice wavered and I couldn't stop my tears from cascading down my face. Tucking a loose strand of hair behind my ear, I folded my arms over my chest.

"Now little minion, no crying. You know I don't like seeing that", he tried sounding fine, but when he tried to smile he winced. I wiped at my cheek.

"Who did this to you?" I said taking a step forward and stopping instantly. I was naked under this T-shirt, and even if I wanted to hug him, I couldn't.

"Don't worry about me I'm fine", typical Rico.

"Answer me Riri! Who the fuck did this to you?" I exclaimed, I wasn't having this. His jaw shut and I could tell he was grinding his teeth. He knew I was upset because I used the version of his name he hated. I had called him Riri the first time when I was twelve and he immediately denied the nickname.
