Chapter 42

Viola had woken up.

Leonardo made her a cup of coffee. She looked much more better. He had one of his men bring some of her clothes from Lyra's place and they arrived shortly before she woke up. He urged her to change into something more comfortable while he got ready to talk to her about the situation of things.

She came back out of his room looking much better. And in better clothing. She dropped her phone on the coffee table, an eager smile on her face.

Lyra was finally awake. The doctor had told him that about an hour ago but he didn't want to wake her to tell her.

She was back to normal and fortunately, she didn't remember much. All she remembered was that she had been attacked by a strange man in a dark alley. Leonardo even had the chance to speak to her, and he concocted a lie that although her attacker was still on the loose they were going to find him soon.

"I just spoke to Lyra. She's doing so much better now!"

Viola said as she collapsed on the sofa and Leonardo nodded
