Everyone was chatting and laughing at the ward when Amos walked in with the two heavily built men behind him. Adrian followed suit with Alex who was beside him.

"Hi, Adrian..," Madison greeted from her bed.

They all began to murmur silently and the atmosphere in the room changed, with all eyes on Adrian and the men.

"How are you doing, my dear?" He asked with a charming smile as he looked at Madison.

"I'm good, I'm glad you came, " she said, smiling.

"Hey, Mr Steel," Jason greeted and shook hands with him.

"It's a good thing I came, " he smirked as he turned to Derrick and Ben. "Your friends?" He asked, looking at Amos who was standing beside them.

He kept mute for fear that Adrian might recognize them.

"Um... no..," He stammered.

"What?!!" They all exclaimed in unison.

" Yeah.. yes.. They're my friends..," he stammered again as he scratched his chin.

" The same guys who were atoning for you after you finished flirting with my wife!" He thundered as he looked at their fac
