THIS FIGHT

He shoved her hand away as he saw Alex staring at them, wearing a long face.

“Um..honey,” he muttered as he walked slowly towards her while she continued to stare at him in dumbfoundment.

“What are you staring at? Hmm?” Barbara asked with her eyes on her. She rushed towards Adrian and placed her arms over him again.

“Get the fuck off!” He barked and she scoffed and pulled away from him.

“I’ll be in the room waiting,” Alex said as she gulped and turned to walk to the stairs.

“Wait, we’re not done yet!” Barbara shouted after her.

She ran over to her and stood in front of her undauntedly.

“Barbara, what’s all this rubbish?!” Adrian thundered.

“Love, why don’t you just tell her the truth?” She asked with a smirk.

"What truth?” He asked with a deep voice.

“The truth that what you feel for her is just pity and not love,” she spilled.

She felt a stone in her heart as Barbara said those words and she shot Adrian a death stare.
