Emily seemed somewhat surprised by Calvin's sudden reaction as he pulled the car to the side of the road. After a few moments of silence, she finally responded, "No, that's not it. I really want to have a child with you, Vin. It's a big dream of mine too."

Calvin felt relieved to hear Emily's words. He reached for Emily's hand, which had let go, and kissed the back of it. "So, what's the matter, Honey? Why did you seem like you had some obstacle or doubt earlier?"

Emily gazed out of the car window and then, in a serious tone, replied, "Vin, there's actually a secret I've never told you before. Someone knows about it, and it might be related to my health condition."

Calvin furrowed his brow, "What do you mean, Emily? Is it related to the possibility of us having a child?"

Emily nodded slowly, "Yes, Vin. When I was younger, I underwent a major surgery to remove a part of my reproductive organs. The doctor said there were serious complications, and it was done to ensure my long-term heal
