Evans Confession

Evans stopped his car in the basement of a hotel, then turned to Clara.

"We'll sleep here," he said.

"But why? I'm more comfortable sleeping at home!" Clara protested.

"But your house is still too far, so it's better to spend the night here than you get tired of sitting too long," Evans said, then opened the door. "Let's get out!"

Clara exhaled roughly and immediately opened the seatbelt that was attached to her body. She took her red branded bag, then got out and followed Evans into the hotel.

Evans went to reception, booked a room, and got one right away. He got the room access card and took Clara there.

Upon arrival at the room, Clara immediately threw her bag onto the bed, then lay down with her legs dangling.

"Finally, I can lie down!" he said with great relief.

Evans smiled faintly as he glanced at Clara and closed the door. he immediately took off his jacket, put it on the white couch, and sat there with his feet propped up on the table.
