Revelations and Threats

The next morning, as sunlight filtered through the windows of the grand chamber, the Crown Prince stood silently beside the sleeping King, who was wrapped in a thick velvet robe. His father had been ill for several days, and the Crown Prince had been anxious and concerned about him. Despite his worries, he had not yet mentioned the night he was attacked by rebels.

However, after an hour had passed, the Crown Prince could no longer take it and left the King's chamber to explore the castle. He wandered around before eventually ending up in his father's room. The walls of the room were adorned with multiple vivid paintings, depicting various scenes from the kingdom's history. The Crown Prince couldn't suppress the rush of emotions he felt upon seeing them. He gawked at the paintings incredulously, making his feelings of envy, anger, and sadness evident.

He felt as though the King loved Unah and his first love more than him because they were all included in the paintings, and he wasn't. E
