The Perfect Excuse

It's been a whole month, a whole crazy one with her fiancé acting like she was an egg that could break any minute. After Cara’s wedding, things had gotten even worse, almost choking for her, seeing as Gabe shadowed her every move and that was giving her a headache.

It wasn't as if she hated the attention that was given but it was getting to the point where she might get sick if he act like she was something that could break any moment, anymore. It was more than she could take.

She could feel the pain in her back, but she didn't dare mention it or show that she was feeling it because Gabe would probably nag her until she was dizzy from all the questions. Trying to avoid that, she turned away from him a bit and sighed.
