I learned I had slept through the night and the better part of the next day, but I obviously needed the rest if I had been out for that long.

My mates’ unique fragrances twisting together around me had aided me in sleeping easy, but I could already feel the knots forming in my shoulders as my mind got a head of itself like always, leaving me with a jumbled mess of emotions to sift through.
