Katara's Pov

"My Luna!"

Elise came in, disrupting my thoughts.

She exclaimd as her gaze rested on me.

"Elise!"

I called, surprised. "How did you get in here this time around?"

I asked blaming myself for never going back to see her after the first time I met her. She looked happier than the last time, she'd adjusted and adapted to the environment and it warmed me.

"Milady, I came to see you. The guard at the door refused to let me in even though I pleaded."

She said.

"So how did you eventually get in?"

I asked, astonished at her level of intelligence.

"I pleaded some more and he did let me in on the condition that I give whatever message that I bear, and go away!"

She said, beaming. She was obviously delighted to see me again.

I laughed and she did too.

She'd begged and the guard at the door had allowed her in. I was relieved that the Alpha was not around to have seen or known that for his fiery temper, he might end the guard all in the guise to protect her.
