I'm an heiress who's been bound to a gossip system. Everyone reads my mind on my first day back home after being reunited with my family. "Mom sure has done a good job of maintaining her beauty. It's no wonder she became an OnlyFans streamer after divorcing Dad." My mother is about to berate me for something, but she pales and stops when she hears my thoughts. I glance at the fake heiress, who's weeping pitifully. "My, she's pregnant. Is it John's or Zach's?" My two brothers exchange odd looks. Then, my father arrives. I cluck my tongue. "Oh, it's Dad's."

Chapter 1

On my first day back with the Harrison family, my biological mother, Linda Yates, laid down the law for me sternly because of my poor table manners.

"Now that you've entered the Harrison family, you'd better rein in your wild behavior. I don't expect you to be as refined and cultured as Yvette, but you should at least understand basic manners.

"You should know that starting from your great-grandmother, the women of the Yates family have always been the top socialites in Vondemont. Every outrageous thing you do will be a slap in the face for our ancestors."

I listened obediently with my head lowered, putting on a submissive appearance like a model student. However, I couldn't help but complain silently in my mind, "So, this is my biological mother, huh? She has such fair skin, long legs, and perky hips. Rich people really know how to take care of themselves.

"It's no wonder she could still find work as an OnlyFans streamer after divorcing Dad."

Mom, who had been scolding me earlier, suddenly turned pale. She stared at me in horror and shock.

I gave her a smile and said, "I got it, Mom."

Although Mom was a little naggy, she did have a gorgeous face. I owed my good looks to her genes. Mom didn't have to worry. Even if she was abandoned, I would farm the land to take care of her.

"You…" Mom's expression darkened further. She was about to say something when two men and a woman walked in.

The young lady, Yvette Harrison, ran over as soon as she saw me and stretched out her hand. "Tiff, welcome home! Our whole family has been waiting for this day to arrive."

I thought, "The whole family has been waiting for me? They all knew where I was two years ago, and yet, they kept it from Mom. The reason they brought me back now is to have me donate a kidney to my sick eldest brother, isn't it?"

My eldest brother, John Harrison, was behind Yvette. He froze for a moment, and his ears turned slightly red.

I forgot to take Yvette's hand as I was caught up in my thoughts. Tears instantly welled up in her eyes and spilled over the next second. "Mom, John, it seems Tiff doesn't like me. I think I'd better move out."

My second brother, Zach Harrison, rushed up to comfort her. He turned and shot me a vicious glare. "Tiffany, what's your motive for bullying Yvette on your first day back home?"

I blinked innocently and said, "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to."

Nonetheless, I couldn't stop the thought from forming in my mind: "Zach's so aggressive. Clearly, he's really protective over his possessions. However, whose child is Yvette's anyway? She and Zach haven't even confessed their feelings yet. Could she have slept with John that night after all?"

Zach's hand froze in midair, and he turned to look at John in disbelief. He seemed ready to devour John in anger. "You touched her?"

John's face paled. "No, I didn't."

"Was that so? There were plenty of other ways to deal with Yvette, even though she was drugged that night. However, John still insisted on doing such acts. He was almost at death's door, yet all he could think about was indecent acts between a man and a woman," I pondered.

Zach grabbed John by the collar. "Explain yourself."

I realized, "Oh, wait. It really wasn't John. He had fainted and was rushed to the hospital that day. So, who was the long-legged, six-foot-two man with a scent of pine on his body?"

Zach released his grip on John awkwardly and turned to look at me. "Tiffany, you…"

"That's enough!" Mom shouted, "John, bring Tiffany to her room to rest for a while."

John led me toward the elevator.

"Mom, did I do something wrong? Did I upset Tiff?" Yvette was a little confused. She had no idea why John and Zach were fighting. She cried even harder when no one paid attention to her performance.

In the past, Mom would have comforted her by now. However, she merely glanced at Yvette this time. "Why are you always crying? I'm not even dead, and yet, you keep weeping and wailing every day."
