CHAPTER SIXTY - NINE : ROUND STOMACH

Frederick eyes fluttered open, he blinked several times to adjust his eyes with the light. He looked around where he was with furrowed brows.

He then slowly sat up on the bed he was and that was when he felt how cold the bed and the room was.

He tried to stand up but was to weak, just then he felt a very sharp pain in his chest. He groaned holding his chest.

It was as if he was pierced with thousands of arrows in his chest.

What happened ?

Where am I ?

Why am I shirtless ?

Was was going on through his head, he looked around the room and saw a young girl and a familiar face..... King Ethan.

Why were they laying down on the bed with their eyes closed ?

What was he doing here ?

He gently got up from the bed and walked to the entrance door, he opened it and peeked his head out to see two giant guards standing on either side of the door.

The guards weren't aware that Frederick was awake until he cleared his throat and they turn to look at him.

“ Sir Frederick, you're awake ” the guard o
