Chapter 10

Kent was stunned by what he heard. He did not think that was what was going through her mind. He asked himself if he had become too quick or if Atasha just did not trust him. He just sighed and calmed his heart. He has been nervous since he slipped by saying the truth that he loves her.

He is thinking for a long time about how he would confess and that confession was not in the plan so even he was surprised by what came out of his mouth, he did not want to convey to her that it was just a joke. There is nothing wrong with trying if you accept the consequences. If you fail at first, there are many more opportunities, just keep trying.
