Chapter 13: Instead of him

Sadness can be seen in Cheska’s eyes when she comes out to Zandro’s room, if not for Walter she won’t stomach these humiliations he gives her. This is too much actually… Why he is so hard to please? He is the only man I adored in my entire life but she didn't know he was this callous. Why can’t he love me the way I do? She is in her deep thoughts when Jules saw her walking down the stairs. He was from the pool area and accidentally /spotted her. Is she looks sad? 

Cheska looked down to avoid him from interrogating her but Jules is a smart guy so he can sense it even though she didn’t tell it. She was about to pass by him when he grips her arms tightly to make sure she can’t slip away from him.
