Chapter 27

Ella’s POV

Holding on to Caleb’s wolf I felt alive as he easily weaved us through the forest. His wolf was big, and I knew he could easily carry me, but I didn’t realize how powerful his wolf was until I was on his back. When I had seen his wolf through the bedroom window it startled a memory. A memory I can’t quite put all together but a memory of myself on the back of a midnight black wolf that was slightly bigger than Caleb’s. Both wolves were black, but Caleb’s wolf had a small speck of white on his head between his eyes. When the wolf approach the window and I looked into its eyes I knew right away it was Caleb and I was not afraid but felt a whirlwind of emotions hit me and I felt lightheaded. It was like my mind brought forth knowledge of what I was and what he was and that this was my world. Although when I reached inside to try and find my wolf nothing was there.
