Ella’s POV We had arrived home later than expected and all I wanted to do was go directly to bed. My mother was asleep and my father hadn’t informed her yet that they had found me. Ella’s POV We held each other for what seemed like eternity until he slowly pulled away looking deep within my eyes trying to read me. “Are you okay?” He asks once more. “I am now.” I say to him as I reach up on my tippy toes and softly kiss his lips.
