Chapter 35 : Nothing without you

The day has passed rapidly. It's dark all around when I reach the villa, exhausted and loaded with a bunch of thoughts about Chrisanna's treatment. I didn't waste all those hours I spent outside. I have been talking to all the specialists who can help me with the best in this case. And they have assured me to keep their work on finding a suitable donor for Chrisanna.

I'm yet to talk to Ivanna about this. But I don't know why I'm unable to find a chance to talk to her. Right now, it's again impossible.

I climb the stairs with lazy steps and reach the door. Holding the knob, I wait and inhale deeply, hoping Ivanna won't talk about the matter again. She needs to understand me as I understand her. I can't be so freaking normal and act as if nothing happened.
