Betrayed

"Luther!" Kisha Lockesmith screamed at the top of her lungs making him jump out of his swivel chair.

"What the hell?!" he roared like a wolf because of her inappropriate action.

She couldn't understand why she yelled as she was still catching her breath. She ran from the elevator to his office which has quite a distance away.

"Calm down, will you?" he stated while watching her.

When she did, what she told him shook his world.

"Vivian was kidnapped!"

His heart hammered his chest and a certain feeling from his stomach started arising again. He felt nervous and at the same time felt like he already knew who did it.

"They were at the designer's studio when something exploded," she started explaining while walking towards his table. "It started a fire but the rescuers were only able to rescue Crisa and the staff. Vivian was nowhere to be found."
