Heartbroken

“Ding! Dong!” The doorbell rang loudly in Natasha’s ears very early the next morning.

“Argh.” She groaned and turned on her right. She shut her eyes tight, trying to catch the sleep she was beginning to lose.

“Ding! Dong! Ding! Dong!” The doorbell didn’t stop ringing.

“What the hell! Why isn’t he answering the f**king door!” She groaned loudly from her sleep and eventually opened her eyes.

She was pretty sure whosoever was at the door wasn’t her visitor but Eddy’s.

‘Is he still asleep or what?’

She reluctantly got out of bed, wore her slippers and dragged her feet on the floor as she headed out of the room.

All this while, the doorbell kept ringing so loud that her ears began to hurt.

“I knew I shouldn’t have chosen a room on the ground floor. Gosh!” She muttered.

“I’m coming, okay?! You can stop punching it already!” She yelled as she reached for the doorknob and opened the door.

In front of her stood Noah, whose face was red and swollen due to unstoppable tears.
