Chapter 92

*10:00pm*

Ken got home from work a bit stressed from all the paperwork he had to handle back at the office. Good thing he had a wife who would prepare him some food to eat and relax after a very long stressful day at the office. This was one of the reasons Ken appreciated Isabella for working from home.

The house was unusually quiet. Laura always stayed at the parlor watching cartoons, she would also sing along with them in a high pitched voice. When he steps into the house she is always the first to give him a big hug, then she would ask him to join her in watching cartoons. Ken had no other choice but to cave to her pleading.

Tonight was different, Laura wasn't seated in front of the television nor was any cartoon playing, all that was said was government, politics and the country's economy.

Isabella hadn't heard when ken arrived, she was engrossed in cooking a delicious dinner, the aroma filled the house. Isabella started making good dishes ever since she recovered her memories.
