Naitee's Pov.:-
" Do you understand everything?" Maverick said the last time before holding my hand. Currently, we are in his bedroom. We came here to fresh up and now we are going to the dining room for lunch. Maverick has lectured me on how to behave and all but he doesn't know that in nervousness I didn't hear anything.
" Yes," I lied mentally praying for my safety. Don't judge me but I am feeling like I am going to war and there is no chance for me to win it yet I am going. A clear suicide.
" Very well then. Let's go " he pulled me with him and soon we arrived at the dining room. Several heads turned to us not helping me to calm down my shivering nerves. However, I managed to plaster my sweet smile and nod at Mrs Wright who passed me her nervous smile. Well, she is looking the same as me, all tensed and nervous.

Author's Pov.:-" Maverick! " Naitee yelled Maverick's name running to catch him on time. A small lunch box is in her hand and she is running to give this to Maverick. " Maverick questioned sounding guilty and pissed at himself, over the call because when he came back home from the hospital he saw missed calls from Avi.
