Rogue's POV

I stared at Kathrine while she was sleeping soundly beside me in bed. The brightness was overpowering the dark, illuminating the world outside my window. Few rays filtered in through the curtains and filled my room.

The dawn was here and yet there was no sign of sleep in my eyes. I had been up like this, changing my position desperately as I admired Kathrine in my bed. She was draped in the black satin sheet as she snored softly.

I sided some tresses of hair from her face and put them behind her ear. She looked so cute and inviting. So like a little kitten.
