Chapter Twenty Six

Adriana’s POV

The past few days have been the best time of my stay here at Massimo’s house. From the food to the special treatment… everything!

Another thing I loved about these past few days was the fact that I hadn’t encountered either Massimo nor his girlfriend. In fact, it seemed like they had disappeared off the surface of the earth.

A couple of my wounds have healed and my body even felt better. Micheal came over a couple of times to come check up on me and even though I always reminded him that I was better now, he never listened.

The last time he had come over, it ended in a fight. Fine, I enjoyed his company but he had brought up Massimo’s topic in front of me, regardless of how many times I had warned him against it.
