Chapter 22

Alpha Dante's Point Of View:

As I stepped out of the bathroom, my gaze fell upon Aurelia, who was engrossed in examining the photographs adorning the walls of my room. A sense of pride swelled within me as I approached her from behind, gently wrapping my arm around her waist. Leaning in closer, I whispered into her delicate ear, my voice filled with confidence, "You know, Aurelia, I happen to be quite the artist myself."

She turned to face me, her expression one of indifference, and it didn't surprise me. After all, my sudden change in behavior towards her must have been perplexing. I wanted to assure her that my intentions were genuine, that I had truly become a caring and considerate person. So, with a tender touch, I lifted her chin using my index finger, guiding her gaze to meet mine.

I could see the worry etched in her eyes, the questions lingering within her. It was as if she was silently wondering why I had transformed into someone so attentive and compassionate. Wanting to add
