"What's so special about this boy that you've made you gone for so long hm?" My mom asks as we sit down in the living room.

I wanted to tell her about my relationship with Leo before Dad found out because I figured out, she would be more understanding plus there wouldn't be plates smashed all over the kitchen floor when I told her.
