“Oh Mike, we are late.” Liza groaned as she tapped on Mike’s shoulder to wake him.
“And whose fault was that?” Mike responded as he wiped the sleep off his eyes.
“Yours?” Liza asked with a raised eyebrow as she tried to hide her amusement.
“Me? You must be joking, lady. You started this.” Mike replied with a mock affront.
“Hmm, I sure did.” Liza complied smugly.
Not expecting the smug confirmation, Mike snorted. And then, he raised his head and gave a full belly laugh.
“You have a rich laugh, I love it.” Liza winked sexily.
“You are a wanton.” Mike said with a chuckle as he stared at Liza, loving this side of her that’s so open and enticing.
“Your wanton you mean? I’m only like that with you I think.” Liza replied.
