CHAPTER 35: Restless

Cullen’s heart was aching and could not stop missing Scarlet Heart so he continued driving around Tokyo.

Meanwhile, Heart was in the Tokyo branch of the bar where she was working. She was not in her real self, Heart’s boss went to the waiting area and saw Heart’s face. He noticed something. Heart was just siting on the sofa. Her boss did not enter completely. He closed the door and stood next the door. His phone rang and saw it was Georgia who was calling him. He answered the phone call and put it on his ear. “Hello, Gracia, what is the matter?” He asked the moment he answered.

“Um, to be honest, I think Heart is not really okay. His boyfriend will have a brain surgery soon, I think she must be there for him and needs some rest, what do you think?” Georgia suggested as she was concerned about Heart.

Their boss just nodded. “Oh, yes I can see it in her face. I will think about it. Thanks for the concern, Gracia.” He responded and the phone call ende
