Chapter Forty Three

A two hours drive to the next city was not something I thought I would be doing anytime soon. I told Kimberly I was going to visit my cousin Brent in New York, but the truth is I'm actually going to San Diego to see Xander.

In a few hours, I get to Xander's apartment, I pull out my phone and call him.
