As Steve left the room, my mind was overwhelmed with thoughts of his gentle touch and the softness of his lips on mine.

I lay in bed, tossing and turning, trying to rid myself of these distracting thoughts.

Not in the mood to attend classes, I decided to skip and headed home.

Upon texting Oliver, I received no reply, and when I called, his phone was switched off.

The anxiety began to build up inside me, but I tried to remain composed.
