ALEXANDER

Ethan, Hudson and I spent the last few weeks touring different packs and asking them to join the fight. A few Alphas were like Grant, and others responded well, vowing to stand strong with us when the vampire lord strikes.

Back in my pack, vampire attacks are no longer rampant. Pack members roam freely, there's no rumor about an upcoming war to wipe us all out, and this sudden peace makes me start to wonder what the vampire king is up to.

I'm sitting in my office, flipping through files when Hudson hurries into my office with an envelope from the vampire king. I can tell from the seal and the creepy design.

“I can't believe this,” he says, voice filled with disbelief, and I realize he's read the letter.

I frown. “Hudson.”

“I'm sorry,” he whispers quickly, “I was just eager. I thought he was finally ready to start the war but it's something else entirely.”

Rather than reading it, I place it on the table. “What?”

“Peace.”

My eyes widen. “Peace?”

Hudson laughs, shaking

  • My Dear Master, We're Mates! (M×M)   CHAPTER 153: Bloody wedding night.

ISABELLAThe wedding. That wedding. It was the most miserable morning of my life. While we recited the vows, Regal kept staring at me like he wanted to devour me on the spot. He gave me no breathing space when we did the couples dance. His hands were all over me, eyes swimming with lust as he twirled me around. Over and over again, he kept reminding me of the fact that I belong to him. He told me my father had sold me, and that I'm never seeing him again, and if I want to live, I must do whatever he wants. I'm still stunned that the gentleman, Lord Regal, is this pathetic monster on the inside. I stumble and fall over the stairs, but I clutch the railing to give myself some footing. Tears are trailing down my cheeks, the knife in my hands trembling, my head still spinning from the slap he gave me. Regal made the maids soak me in a cold bath for over an hour. He said it's his own way of making sure I'm clean and ready for him, but my damn body's freezing. I was weak when they dr

  • My Dear Master, We're Mates! (M×M)    CHAPTER 152: Mind control her

KOLShe's the saddest bride I've ever seen. While she walked down the aisle toward my brother, her groom, dressed in a wedding dress that showed her insane curves, I saw the fear in her eyes. The uncertainty of her own future. The reality of her own life is completely ruined, and a wrecked emotion settles in. Guilt. She was close to slipping away. She was close to leaving her father's kingdom with her brothers. But I caught her. And I don't regret it. I don't mix business with pleasure. She's my brother's bride. I did the right thing by dragging her here. However, what she said. Is she really stupid enough to get married to Regal because of me? Definitely not. She said that to rile me up, perhaps make me feel guilty, but that emotion is impossible. I kill in the blink of an eye without batting an eye. Watching a princess ruin her life because she's got some strange fantasy with me is none of my business. Darkness blankets the earth as stars appear in the sky. It reminds me of

  • My Dear Master, We're Mates! (M×M)   Chapter 151: Back to hell

ISABELLAThey found us last night. Stephanie suggested we keep running through the woods until Matteo gets opportuned to leave father's mansion. Though Lorenzo was against it. He chose to stay back and fight, but for my safety and Stephanie's, he agreed to come with us. We've been running through the woods for hours, panting, flinching at the slightest sound of branches cracking. What terrifies me the most is that no one has come ever since Stephanie figured out we've been found. He could have caught us if he wanted to. But it feels like he's giving us time. And we're playing a game. And hell, I have no idea what his idea of winning is, but I'm sure as hell not heading anywhere with Lord Regal. My heart slams hard against my ribcage when Lorenzo suddenly comes to a sharp halt. He glances over his shoulders. “Matteo is at the border waiting for us. If we get there on time, we're out of this kingdom for good.” Stephanie smiles weakly, rubbing her bruised arm, the smell of her bl

  • My Dear Master, We're Mates! (M×M)   CHAPTER 149/150: My Favorite person in the world

Hi, guys! Author here, I made a mistake with the numbering, but be rest assured, the chapters are intact. KOLThe punching bag in front of me sways, making a squeaky sound as I punch it repeatedly, sweating my eyes out because I want a release. My fists go in and out, sweat trickling down my chin, my boots squeaking against the tiles as I duck my head, then rise again, punching the bag at a constant rhythm. Last night, I found her. No, I found them. I felt their fear through my bones like it was mine, and I saw the panic spreading across her face when she realized she'd been found. I could have gone for her last night. I could have vanished from my room to the little human house she's hiding with her brother and grab her before they realized anything. But I gave her the chance to run. A chance to escape. A chance to run as far away from hell because I'm dragging her back. I want her to have her final moments with her brother because for this grave crime of running, she might never

  • My Dear Master, We're Mates! (M×M)   Chapter 148: Found us?

ISABELLAThis house is filled with memories. Memories of pesky little humans. My wedding with Regal's tomorrow and kingdoms are already in chaos. The bride—me—hasn’t been found, my father's flipping through towns, burning villages to the ground, driving daggers through hearts just because he's looking for his daughter and son. He's tagged Lorenzo and I as traitors. He placed a bounty on our heads. While Matteo’s still deceiving him to give Lorenzo, Stephanie and I more time to leave this damn kingdom, I'm sipping from a blood bag, watching my favorite show on the TV. It's literally my daily routine right now. Wake up. Blood. Food. TV. More food. Hit the bed. I don't even step out for some air because some of my father's men could be scanning the area. A sigh escapes my lips and Stephanie chuckles next to me. She's my couch buddy now, ever present in her cute PJs and messy bun. She nudges my shoulder, clutching her popcorn to her chest. “You look miserable.” I take another sip

  • My Dear Master, We're Mates! (M×M)   Chapter 147

KOL“He's dangerous, you should stay away. I heard he almost killed his own mother.” “Did you see what he did to that poor girl? I bet she's terrified to death right now. She's never going to play with him anymore.” “He's an abomination to Mordew. He shouldn't have been born! He's going to kick his father's name into the mud. I think they should kill him.” I grew up with that—words of scorn and misery, thrown right in my face because I was different. Dark. Ruthless. My own parents—especially my mother—feared me. She'd constantly stay away because she's afraid I'll hurt her. And the night everything went out of hand—an entire village burnt to the ground—they tried to kill me. I remember my father's words vividly. It stuck to my skin like glue, the way he glared at me like dirt on his shoes, an abomination that should have never been born, a disgrace to his reign in Mordew. My mother drove a knife to my heart. No, a stake. They didn't know what I was. Years ago, I didn't know eith
