Leonard hands Abby the bag and she opens it, pulling out a small box. She looks at me, as if looking for an explanation, but I just shrug and smile gently. Her eyes focus on Leo, who is kneeling in front of her, waiting for her reaction.

"Did you like it, little one?" He asks in a soft tone.

Abby doesn't answer him, just nods slightly. I don't think her reaction will be positive. I get close enough to touch her knees, since she's sitting in one of the padded armchairs.
