21. Special someone

Ben's POV :

I became enraged when Daisy told me she was being pursued by thugs. I was angry not only with her, but also with myself because I was partially to blame. She wouldn't have left if I hadn't gone with Jayda or returned in time.

I wanted to know who dared to look at my wife... even though she is a contractual wife, she is Mrs Harrison. And someone tried to offend her. I can't think about the rest if Edwin hadn't arrived on time.

Those who took part in this dangerous game needed to be compensated. And because this is such a personal matter for me, I wanted to make them pay for it myself.

I'm familiar with the location she mentioned, and when I went there, three of them were present. They were on high alert as I stepped outside.
