I started writing again, and this was just a chapter of my most recent book.Chapter OneThe CoreWriter's POV She ran as fast as her feet could carry her, almost outrunning the sun on its journey to the west. She got there, and with the strength of a warrior, jumped over the tall fence in one try. She landed on green carpet grass which spread out to a lake. He stood beside the lake, in all his glory of golden yellow skin and black hair, tied up into a bun. She just stood there, staring at him. Even though she had not unlocked her wolf, she could still feel it nudging her to run to him, to embrace him, but she didn't. The encounter from two days ago was still fresh in her memory, the disdainful look he gave her as he ordered his men to beat her to a pulp was still vivid, making her scared of approaching him. Hunter's POV Have you ever closed your eyes? Have you ever stopped to listen? Have you ever felt alive? As if there's nothing missing? As if you don't need a reason, just letting the day go on and on? I felt all that. Everything, anything, all at once. Hazel's POV “ We are certainly heading towards a bankruptcy”, I.C corporations financial manager, Mr Kelly had told me on my way to the middle of the week family dinner. “ Look, I told you to calm down, okay? I have everything under control. The company will not go bankrupt”, I said, trying to calm the man on the . other side of the phone who was basically panicking like a pregnant woman whose water just broke. “ You said that a month ago, you also said the same thing a week ago and yet nothing seems to be done with the situation”, he retorted, reminding me of something that had happened between us. “ I have my plans, okay, I do. I just need more time”, I said, bumping up and down a little; Basil must've ran over a speed bump. He was different from others in that aspect.
