CHAPTER FIVE ~ I want you!

CHAPTER FIVE ~ I want you!

“He didn’t come?” there was an amused note in Alby’s voice. The man had calculated it well and of course this kind of possibility no longer surprised him.

Jean raised his head, glanced at the clock that was wrapped in his hand and answered straightforwardly. “I don’t think so, sir.”

Alby shrugged nonchalantly. He knew very well that a stubborn woman like Alessia Mikhayla was not something that would easily obey her orders. The company had informed her that she could start working but the woman’s response was beyond reason.

Alessia replied to the company message, but not to say thank you, there was only a series of curses that he left for her. It really is something. Remembering that, Alby couldn’t help but smile.

How could a curse have made him so attractive to Alby? Very funny.

“I will arrange negotiations in the next hour. Please select a few that we have selected, sir.”

Jean’s voice faded Alby’s smile. The man looked away from the file on the table, to warn Jean with his gaze. “What did you say?”

Jean lowered his head. “Forgive my impudence, sir.”

“I want him. There will be no other election if it is not him.” Alby’s firmness made Jean seem afraid to breathe. Afraid that the sound of his breathing might anger Alby. Alby’s cold gaze was still fixed nicely in his eyes, sticking together with his flat face. “Have you got what I asked for?”

Fortunately, Alby changed the subject. Even so, it seems that questions about a woman named Alessia Mikhayla are still the center of Albyazka’s attention. Since two days of Alessia’s departure from the Stevano building, the woman’s name is still at the top of Alby’s priorities—finding facts as well as information about him.

Jean shook his head slowly in response. “Mr. Hywell and I have communicated several times about the same thing. We are still negotiating, but so far we haven’t got it. He’s not an ordinary person.”

See? Jean had even noticed. Alessia Mikhayla is really a hard person to reach. His data only contains his name, place of residence and also his graduation certificate. The rest is empty. There are only a few photos that have been found on his friend’s I*******m account.

To be honest, Alby didn’t get the answer to his own curiosity either. Why was a woman currently of interest to him? For years and even almost his entire life, Alby never wanted to know and he would not care about women other than his family, but now Alessia’s name became the first woman who succeeded in ripping his curiosity.

Who he really is?

Alby tapped his fingers against the table, his gaze lit up. Full of real determination that contrasts with his firm facial line. “Get him, I don’t care in what way. I just want him,” the voice was calculating, full of promise in it.

“I get it, sir.” Replied Jean obediently before then bowed slightly and left.

So what if he’s hard to find? Wouldn’t this be more interesting? To hell with the bullshit about mere obsession because the most important thing right now was to bring Alessia into his grasp.

Well, he’s Stefano. There would be nothing he couldn’t get.

“I’ll make sure you come to me, Alessia.” He muttered as he looked out the window.

The sound of music accompanied the conversation of Girls Knight who were sipping their white wine with each other. They exchanged stories, interesting discussions and talked about each other’s personal lives. Minus Alessia. The woman had been silent all this time while occasionally answering without interest. Looks reluctant.

“What’s bothering you, Ale? Your face is really ugly,” Arabella sneered, the woman gently nudged Alessia’s arm but all she got was a lazy shake.

Keira’s laughter airs. His face lit up with amusement while his gaze was full of ridicule. “What if it wasn’t rejected? It’s karma because you were too arrogant before.” He sneered as he took a sip of his delicious glass.

In contrast to the sneers and ridicule of his two friends, Velove replied in an understanding tone. “The company isn’t just him alone, ignore them.” He said wisely.

At least, Velove’s words eased Alessia’s burden. After leaving the Stefano building at that time, almost three companies where he applied for work continued to reject him. The reason is no joke: problematic employees. That’s what that damn Stevano did. Under the pretext of giving her a bad impression on the other big companies, Alessia knew one point in all of this. Alby wanted him back, to see the man again to break his own promise twice.

Irritating. Who is he to be able to go around with him?!

Instead of expressing her frustration to the others, Alessia chose to reply to Keira’s taunt a moment ago. “A mistake, me? Rejected? Don’t make it up. The truth is I rejected it.” Alessia snorted averting her eyes. Instantly, his gaze was fixed on the dance floor.

‘Well, looks like I need some entertainment.’ Alessia muttered to herself. Looks rocking”

Keira’s cynical chuckle again caught Alessia’s attention. “Are you kidding? Your face doesn’t look like you just turned down a big company.”

Because that bastard gave me trouble. Instead of saying that, Alessia answered disinterestedly. “I did refuse, Kei.” With one gulp, Alessia gulped down the contents of her glass. He gave a wry smile. “Remember that bastard I told you about?”

Suddenly, a look of curiosity, curiosity, as well as a reminiscing face filled them. Alessia did tell the unfortunate incident in front of the Cafeteria to Girls Knight, maybe the night after Alessia had just refused to cooperate with Stevano.

“You met him?” Velove stared at him intently, wanting to know more details.

Alessia nodded reluctantly. He took another sip of his wine and then replied, “To be more precise, he is my future boss. The man you were talking about the last time we gathered here.”

“Seriously?”

“Albyazka Stefano?” Keira and Arabella answered in unison.

Alessia nodded again. The tip of his forefinger played with the rim of the glass. “He’s the one,” he said quietly.

“I even forgot that the business card I recommended to you was him. Isn’t this like fate?” Amused laughter filled the table as soon as Alessia made a face as if she wanted to throw up. “He stole a kiss from you, and you applied to him for a job. Sounds like a drama script.” He chuckles.

“Besides, he’s handsome, Ale. Besides that, he’s also rich and certainly able to meet the needs of your socialite.” Added Keira. Makes Alessia instantly gape in her place. Surprised by Keira’s cursed thought and at the same time not believing the reaction of those who seemed to agree with the crazy proposal.

“Destiny? Bullshit!” Alessia snorted, gulping down her drink. “Even if it’s true that he is rich, I wouldn’t want to be with an arrogant man like him!” he said with an annoyed face.

Keira’s eyebrow rose. “Is that an oath?”

Without thinking Alessia nodded firmly. “Yes,”

“What if you break your oath?” this time it was Arabella who asked. The woman’s gaze looked contemptuous of him, as if to say he would not be able to resist Albyazka’s charm.

Tch, how great is that man?

“Will not.” Alessia answered straightforwardly, her tone was relaxed and calm.

“In this world nothing is impossible, Ale.” Velove’s words instantly made Alessia sigh tiredly. Velove ducked beside her ear. “Dare to bet?” he whispered slowly.

The two stared at each other as soon as Velove moved his face away. Then, he looked at his friends one by one and then made a deal that he might regret. “Alright. If I break my oath, you guys are free to choose my rare collection.”

Suddenly their table was buzzing. A rare branded collector Alessia auctioned it off for a bet?

“Really?!” shouted Keira and Arabella at the same time.

Alessia shrugged. “But, not my hermes birkin.”

“Seriously, Al? Are you sure you won't change your mind? Because I will not be yours." Arabella said excitedly.

"Of course." And that one answer again received enthusiastic cheers from the others. Velove's questioning gaze still met the face, watching Alessia closely. Alessia is a lover of rare collections. Even willing to drain the contents of the cards just to collect these items. And now, he even intended to sell betting items?

"Okay, let's see how far you can avoid it." Velove pulled a small smile, revealing Alessia was interested. “Tiffany and Co deco two—watches. I will take it from you when the time comes.”

Alessia's disinterested snort made the others smile wider. "So confident." The pout. "We'll see," Keira replied confidently. “I want your Stuart Weitzman Cinderella, honey. I want it," he said curtly. Then, the gaze fell on Arabella. He touched his chin as if thinking. "I? Umm... That's easy. Leiber precious rosemu. I've been eyeing him for a long time." Arabella added with a sly smile. As if really looking forward to it. Ugh…

“Damn it! All my famous brands! I do not want!"

"Are you scared, Al?" Keira chuckles. Alessia pouted.

"Are you kidding? How could it be!"

"Okay, that means you agree."

Alessia growled. Can’t avoid it when he himself offers his stupid deal. Alessia let out a frustrated sigh as she finished her drink. “Well... Then I want the same price range.”

“Just say it.” Said Arabella casually.

A sinister smile graced his face. “Metallic black hypersport lykan with my name plate.” He said with a wide grin on his lips, as if both of them were waiting. “It’s worth it,”

“Which part is worth it?!” Arabella squealed in annoyance. “A total of three things you can only get an ordinary lamborghini at most.”

Alessia looked at them not knowing. Shaking his head as if he didn’t accept the bargain. “You guys challenged me, Girls. Come on, you’re not poor. Don’t make your face look like you can’t afford it.”

“Too expensive, Ale!” Arabella protested.

Alessia pursed her lips, smiling lopsidedly. “You’re not that poor, Ara. Besides, it’s a fair price for my socialite. No haggling. If you two agree, we can deal now.”

They exchanged glances as if discussing only with eye language. Moments later, Velove stretched out his hand which was immediately welcomed by Alessia. Their eyes met—given grins at each other before finally answering in unison.

“Deal.”

Elsewhere...

A pair of sharp eyes were watching them from upstairs. The special room there is dominated by dark glass walls so that they can freely see the situation downstairs without having to be seen from the outside.

The smirk on the man’s lips grew even more for a moment as he watched the woman who had been stealing his attention begin to merge with the others on the dance floor—dancing to the beat of the music while sipping the bottle of drink he was carrying. At first glance, he looks like an unstable teenager who has just broken up.

Her curves were more visible when the tight red dress with spaghetti straps wrapped her body continued to move up as the dance matched the music. Kicking here and there as if teasing him. Making the man unconsciously gulp.

“Who is he? You haven’t taken your eyes off him all this time.” Keenan Maxfield’s question woke Alby up. The man with Casanova’s face that was very obvious knew the meaning of Alby’s gaze. Interested gaze.

Well, he was well aware of that kind of gaze. It was easy for him to recognize the meaning of a person’s gaze just by looking into his eyes.

Instead of answering, Alby chuckled in amusement before mentioning something. “You’ve asked who is the woman who can make me take action, right?” Alby paused, pulling a small smile. “She’s the one. Alessia Mikhayla.”

“So she’s the woman you’re looking for?” Logan Hywell choked—looked very interested especially, after that he had focused his gaze out the window, squinting—watching Alessia closely. “Which one?” he asked.

“A red dress with a water bottle in her hand.” Alby replied casually. His gaze was still fixed on Alessia who seemed to be getting drunk down there.

“Finally I can confirm that he’s American.” Logan breathed a sigh of relief. Smiling in annoyance as he looked back at Alessia down there. “I almost went crazy looking for data on him.” He complained.

As if remembering something, Alby turned to him. “You still haven’t got it?”

“You think it’s that easy?” Logan let out a long sigh. “A little more, I just need to break through the security server.”

“I’m giving you three days.”

“Two days isn’t over yet,” Logan chuckled lazily, making Keenan laugh.

“You’d have a hard time dealing with someone who’s been alone for too long. Old-fashioned. His mind will only be on one woman. So old-fashioned.” His sneer looked at Alby mockingly.

Logan laughed. “Don’t compare him to you, Ken.” He grins widely. “Almost perfect men don’t seem to have the same playboy attitude as you. Do they?” he said with an amused smile on his face.

Alby himself just snorted. Not intending to rectify, or even respond. He prefers to take a sip of his delicious vodka while continuing to stare at Alessia in the distance. The dance as well as the loose laughter for a moment made Alby unconsciously hold his breath. Damn sexy! Alessia is doubly sexier with her sensual moves, her hair swaying to the rhythm of her body even, not once or twice her cleavage is evident when she jumps excitedly to the music.

Alessia Mikhayla is really a temptation.

Fifteen seconds.

Twenty seconds.

The atmosphere is getting hotter. The scorn and ridicule that came from each other still came from his cursed friends. Unfortunately, Alby didn’t care at all. Up to you. There was nothing more to his attention than serving their jokes.

Alby just wants him. The woman who could make him feel attracted for the first time.

“Do you like him or are you just curious about him?”

Suddenly, the question asked by Axelle Wynne was able to silence the atmosphere that had been full of ridicule and suddenly became silent. The cold man who had only acted as a good listener looked at Alby flatly. Full of seriousness.

Alby turned to the side where Axelle was staring at him intently. Like? The word was too new to just be an attraction. Alby turned to Alessia again, looking at her looking for the answer to Axelle’s question just now.

Like it? Impossible. Alby muttered to himself. He nodded slowly as he took a sip of his delicious drink.

Or just curious? Alby again muttered Axelle’s words in silence.

Alby didn’t know. It’s just… After their meeting, Alby could feel something different. Alby didn’t understand it yet. More precisely, he didn’t understand his feelings properly because he had never felt such feelings before. And, for the first time only female Alessia was able to make him feel that way.

Even so, Alby didn’t think this was anything special.

“Well, I guess just curious.” Replied Alby for a long time. Made Keenan raise one eyebrow but he didn’t say anything.

“I guess?” Axelle repeated looking scornfully at Alby.

“Don’t look at me like that. He’s not that special.” Alby’s protest made them chuckle again.

“Ax didn’t say he was special, Al. Or have you actually put him on your special people list?” said Logan grinning —looking at him mockingly.

“He’s not worth that much,”

“But the truth is you’re curious about it.” Keenan’s sneer made Alby snort—stand up from his seat as his eyes caught sight of several men starting to move toward the drunken crowd of Alessia and her friends.

“It is none of your business,”

After that Alby stepped out of the room. Charismatically walking to the ground floor. His eyes moved across the dance floor, looking for Alessia who had not been out of his sight for a long time—making her continue to search for the truth that she didn’t understand at all.

Alby stepped closer after seeing Alessia trying to get rid of the naughty hands that were trying to seduce her. Alby’s low growl mingled with the beat of the music, and he quickly grabbed Alessia and held her in a possessive hug—making the boys go away on their own.

“Get out of the way! Don’t just touch me!” Alessia groaned as she tried to tug at Alby’s arm. Unfortunately, Alby’s embrace on him was too strong to finally make Alessia look up, looking at her with narrowed eyes.

“Who are you?”

Alby shook his head slowly. It turned out that Alessia was so drunk that she didn’t recognize her. Ah, Alby forgot something. If Alessia was still conscious, the woman in her arms would have chosen to raise her hand or at the very least, give her a kick. As always.

“You do not remember?”

Alessia shook her head, raising a hand to frame Alby’s face—starting to touch every inch of her face in slow motion. “Your nose is so pointy.” Alessia commented, starting to move down then, stopped right at her thin red lips and caressed them gently. “Does it taste sweet?”

Alby suppressed a smile. “You want to try it?” Alby bargained then bit Alessia’s lips without consent. Caressing, crushing, even occasionally giving small bites there—seducing him until Alessia unconsciously groaned and accepted Alby completely.

A triumphant smile graced Alby’s face, his tongue slipped deeper and deeper, he didn’t waste time once his tongue found Alessia’s and they intertwined, exchanging saliva until it tasted, Alby was not satisfied with just one kiss.

Alessia let go when she felt the air in her lungs thinning. His breath hitched. Alessia sucked in a breath as she stabilized a strange swish inside her. A passionate kiss that made him gasp for breath.

“How does it feel?”

Alby looked at Alessia’s wistful eyes, searching for the truth there. Unfortunately, Alessia’s answer after that was able to make Alby lead. “Not bad.”

Not bad he said?

Well, the sentence smacked his ego a little.

Then Alby kissed Alessia again the old, soft, full of emphasis and passion that began to burn in the crowd. Sweet. So sweet that Alby almost lost control of himself. Alby pressed their foreheads together while staring at Alessia for a long time, his eyes darkening—full of passion.
