Hooked! Very interesting read.

Starting out intense ... I love the book already. It's a bit annoying to watch Lyra helpless and defenseless against the decision and alliance her parents have forced her into, and Maximus doesn't spell good news either. Now I'm anxious to see how this will change her as the story progresses.
