15. Sleeping in Oliver's room

Emily looked panicked when Sophia did not return to the pavilion. It was already midnight, but Sophia had not returned. Emily had asked almost all the maids, but no one knew Sophia's whereabouts.

Emily did not remain silent, the woman tried to look for her daughter around the house but to no avail.

"Emily?"

"Elina, how is it? Did you find Sophia?"

"I've been around the main house twice, but Sophia isn't there," Elina said as she wiped her sweat. Wandering around the Oliver house was quite draining on her energy.

"Did you check all the rooms?"

"Actually, there are two rooms that I didn't check, and Mr. Oliver forbade careless entry."

"Which rooms?"

"Mr. Oliver's room and his study."

"Is it possible that Sophia is with Mr. Oliver?" asked Emily.

Emily's heart began to worry. If it was true that Sophia was with Oliver, why didn't her daughter come back? Even though the working hours were over, it should be from 9 pm all the maids returned to the pavilion.
