Chapter 4

　　Andrea Qin wiped the blood from her mouth and stood up, trembling. She was going to die, but in this life, does she really deserve to lose everything?

　　She has gotten this far, but she absolutely will not allow anyone to hurt Charlie!

　　After she dies, other women could be with him, but not Brenda!

　　Andrea Qin knew too much about Brenda. That woman once had an affair with Charlie’s father. When she had discovered it, Brenda had begged her, and she had agreed to stay quiet about it.

　　If Brenda and Charlie were to end up together, he would definitely not be able to accept it. If he learns about it, that is. Andrea Qin stood up through gritted teeth, and picked a rose red dress and put it on.

　　The woman in front of the mirror was weak and pale, and her lips were chapped.

　　Andrea smiled bitterly. How could any man love her, looking the way she did? She put on bright red lipstick, turned and walked out of the room.

　　\"Dr. Su, thank you for saving my dad.\"

　　In the hospital, Andrea Qin stood at the door of the room and took her father\'s blood test results from a male doctor.

　　\"Why do you look so bad, what has he done to you?\" Jeffrey Su frowned, seeing her face paler in a red dress, and her chest hurt.

　　\"I have had a poor appetite recently.\" Andrea Qin tried to conceal her pain.

　　\"You are also a doctor, so why don\'t you pay attention to your body.\" Jeffrey paused. \"I’ve paid for the medical expenses that your father incurred last month.\"

　　\"No!\" Andrea Qin blurted out, grabbing his cuff. \"That’s my responsibility.\"

　　\"It’s fine.\" Jeffrey said lightly, glanced at the cuff she was holding, and didn\'t move. \"You have even taken out your salary in advance, and Charlie doesn\'t care about you or your father. Uncle\'s treatment is important.\"

　　Andrea felt bad. Charlie would not give a penny while she was alive. When she dies, what would happen to her father? Who would pay for his expenses?

　　Even the will she had prepared, she had given it to Brenda. Now she has lost everything.

　　When Jeffrey Su left, Andrea turned around and said coldly to a figure hiding in the corner. \"Who are you hiding from? You’ve taken an old man for a sugar daddy, but you act like you’re innocent?\"

　　\"Andrea Qin, we have been friends before you got married. You’ve been a good person. And yet you won\'t even survive for three months.\"

　　Brenda couldn\'t help rushing at her.

　　\"Whether I live or die, I am still Charlie\'s wife!\" Andrea Qin looked at her former girlfriend, feeling terribly uncomfortable, but her face was cold. \"Charlie doesn\'t know that you have had too many abortions, right?\"

　　Brenda\'s eyes suddenly became confused, but she immediately calmed down. \"So what, don\'t forget that your will is still in my hand. Mr. Jiang\'s suicide note is inside. If I burn it, Charlie will never know!\"

　　Andrea Qin closed her eyes, can she hate her even more?

　　\"Brenda, even though I’m leaving Charlie, and even though I don\'t know what your plan is, if you dare to hurt him,\" Andrea Qin said sharply, \"I will fight you with everything I have.\"

　　Brenda was taken aback, looking at Andrea Qin\'s eyes, feeling a little guilty.

　　She turned her eyes, and suddenly said in panic. \"Andrea Qin, what are you talking about? Charlie and I really love each other, why do you have to break us apart? You threaten my child!\"

　　\"Brenda, what\'s the matter?\"

　　Charlie\'s low voice came from behind, and Andrea Qin\'s body trembled.

　　When he saw Andrea Qin, Charlie frowned, strode to Brenda and put his arms around her shoulders. \"Did she do anything to you?\"

　　\"Charlie...\" Brenda\'s eyes were red, but she shook her head deliberately, \"It\'s okay, Andrea has been very good to me, Charlie. I don\'t want to cause any more trouble, let\'s leave!\"

　　In Charlie\'s eyes there was a cold, cruel look, and he made a warning. \"Andrea, if you dare make a move on Brenda, if you so much as think about it, I’ll kill your father!\"

　　Seeing Charlie trying his best to defend Brenda from her, Andrea suddenly felt a pang of sorrow.

　　Even if she told him the truth, he would no doubt accuse her of lying. But though she may die, still she won’t allow anyone to hurt Charlie! Brenda, she was a vicious, evil woman!

　　\"Charlie Jiang, I have something to tell you!\"

　　However, Charlie ignored her and led Brenda back, without even acknowledging her. It was as if he hadn\'t even heard her. His back turned to her, Andrea sadly followed him with her gaze.

　　Her heart longed to be heard, it longed for justice, and to be able to speak the truth, but he would not listen to her. After a fit of coughing, she reluctantly straightened her back and raised her head. \"Charlie, do you want to know how your father died?\"

　　That stopped him in his tracks.

　　\"Andrea Qin, you have no right! You’re not even qualified to mention my dad!\"

　　He was suppressing his anger.

　　Having gotten his attention, Andrea breathed a sigh of relief and forced the bloody spit back down her throat. \"Your dad was sent to the hospital after jumping off the building. I was the one who attended to him. He had a chance to live, but he was injected with euthanasia drugs to kill him.\"
