I ignored him and opened the door. We had enough conversation for one evening. Every further conversation was a risk.

"Goodnight, Amun. As crazy as it is sometimes, I'm polite enough to thank you for your company. See you out for a walk someday."

Of course, I didn't get to enter the room because he grabbed my wrist and turned me around to face him.

Theoretically, I expected this, but somehow not. This caused me to look into those golden eyes in surprise.

Amun said, "Now you have asked for it."

The next moment he leaned towards me and this time his lips met mine. It was a small explosion and I really wanted to push him away, but the feeling was so nice.

Nevertheless, I managed not to return the kiss for a proud second. Afterward, however, I allowed it and kissed him the same way.

I automatically stood on my tiptoes, but Amun had a better idea. He picked me up and I wrapped my legs around him. We never broke the kiss and I buried my fingers in that soft hair.
