Chapter Eighteen: The Dare

Gaby spun the bottle and stopped at Dylan. Gaby and Dylan seemed a bit more surprised.

“All right, I like this game!” said Riki, laughing.

Everyone else laughed. “Truth or dare?” Matt asked.

“Truth!” Dylan said, smiling.

“Gaby, truth!” said Matt with a laugh.

Gabby looked at Dylan. “Did you ever become insecure with me? When?”

Dylan had a sudden laugh. “Yes!”

“Whoa!” said friends right away, except Clark.

“As in? You are insecure with Gaby?” Matt asked in shock.

“Well, you don’t know her, so you can’t understand me, but something I’m telling you, don’t challenge her,” Dylan said, laughing.

“I am a little intrigued by you now, Gaby,” said Ashlee.

Gaby laughed and said nothing. “When did it happen?” Riki asked.

“It was the first time I had a holiday in Canada. I ran into a pretty girl on a basketball court near the house. I play with many teens there, and she teases us because she wants to join us, but my friends wouldn’t let her because she’s slim and we’re all boys. And bec
