Madeline’s P.O.V. (Continued)

“How many families of healers are known to the world, Mayra?” Adolphus suddenly asked her in a serious tone.

I frowned and looked at him in confusion when I remembered something.

The doctor is in that basement. He was a healer too.

I also looked at Mayra with a concerned look. We didn’t know about so many things about other special wolves in our world, like healers, seers, elementals, and so many others.

She narrowed her eyes in confusion.

“I know someone who is also a healer. You can say that he is a good friend of mine. So, I am worried for him.” Adolphus explained briefly, but I felt him genuinely worried for that doctor.

Now, I remembered that I saw a few youngsters, probably of Adolphus’s age or older than him, in that basement before I lost consciousness.

Who were those people? Their aura was commanding. They must be alphas or betas by rank.

Did they all know each other from the academy?
