Umbrie's pov.
I held onto the door knob, carefully eased it before going into the house. I kicked my shoes off my legs before proceeding towards the living room.
"Umbrie! You're home." Mom said excitedly while holding a couple of plates in her hands. I nodded my head slowly and walked over taking the plates from her.
"Yes, you're so loud." I chuckled moving with her to the dining table.
"How was your talk with Alpha Damien?" Dad asked immediately i sat next to Sky.
I smiled. "It was pretty good. No problem at all."
Jared was also at the table and he had a good face. And by good, I mean he looked happy and easygoing.
He should really adopt this look.
The dinner was heated as well started eating the sumptuous meal mom prepared. It was lively, hell, Jared even laughed the loudest. Sky kept making jokes about when he comes

I was still up, unable to give in to sleep. Though it has been a shiitty day, I still couldn't end it once and for all. I had a warm bath so it'd make me feel more compelled to sleep but it didn't work, apparently. I found myself walking to Sky's room aware that everyone must be in their room right now.
