I went back to the little alley across from the driving school and kept watching everything happening inside the car.

Sure enough, those two idiots still weren't done and looked ready to start round two.

Right then, a tall woman in sunglasses showed up.

My heart practically exploded with joy.

This woman didn't mess around. She marched right up and started kicking the car door, yelling for them to open it.

The two inside didn't even twitch, barely daring to breathe.

Fuming, the woman grabbed a brick off the ground and smashed it straight into the window. With a loud crack, the glass shattered.

Inside, the two of them were a mess. Phoebe only had time to wrap her jacket around her upper body, and she didn't even have her pants back on yet.
