Chapter - 3

I ran toward the mansion without looking back, carrying my shattered dignity and a fear that felt as if it would be etched into my heart forever.

Meanwhile, Henry was left behind like a lion robbed of its prey. He could feel the intense tension in his jaw. Most of all, he felt a sharp ache in his groin; he wasn't able to find release because of what I had done. Even Ana had suddenly run toward the kitchen. He firmly hid his throbbing dick inside his pants, slowly composed himself, and then violently ran his fingers through his hair to comb it.

"You’re a nuisance, Uncle," Henry snapped. "Why do you have to interfere between me and my stepmom?"

Roberto took a deep breath, his eyes remaining fixed on Henry.

"Don’t play games, Henry. Especially with Sol. She is very different from the women you met in Europe. She has nothing to do with your anger toward your father."

Henry let out a sarcastic laugh. He looked up at the sky and then turned back to the lawyer with a look of mockery.

"Bullsh*t! Very different? Uncle, don't play me for a fool," Henry said firmly as he stepped closer. "I didn't realize that woman had poisoned your mind, either? Or maybe... the reason you're defending her is that you're sleeping with her, too? Well, uncle. Is Dad's wife good?"

A punch landed on Henry's jaw before he could even finish what he was saying. Henry collapsed onto the grass, his lip instantly splitting and staining with blood.

"Shut up!" Roberto shouted, his fist trembling from the impact. "You have no respect! That woman was the only person who stayed by your father’s side when you left him to enjoy yourself in Europe! When your father was suffering through his illness, Solana was the one wiping his body, feeding him, and encouraging him without expecting anything in return! But you, his own son—where were you?"

Henry wiped the blood from his lip and smirked again.

"Nothing in return? Uncle, she planned it all! She got billions! That was the return!"

"She got those billions because that is what your father wanted! Because out of everyone in this world, she was the only one who was faithful!" Roberto approached and pointed at Henry’s chest. "Listen to me, Henry. If you continue this beastly behavior toward that woman, you won't just lose shares. You'll lose a Godfather, too. Fix yourself before you are completely consumed by the darkness in your heart."

Roberto turned his back on his godson and left him alone under the cold light of the moon. Henry remained standing there, his fists clenched tight. The ache in his groin was gradually being replaced by a much more intense pain; the reality that no matter how much he tried to ruin me, there seemed to be a part of him that desperately wanted to claim me.

That night, I chose to sleep in the servants' quarters—a decision I made to avoid Henry's presence. Even though the double-deck bed in that room was spacious and soft, sleep still eluded me. The memory of Henry choking me earlier and the heat of his body pressing against mine felt like a curse that refused to leave me.

It was midnight when I suddenly jolted awake. It felt as if my bed was caught in an earthquake. The upper portion of the bunk bed was shaking, and the sound of the wood creaking as if it were about to break echoed through the silent room.

I furrowed my brow. I slowly sat up, sensing my surroundings to see if it was a strong earthquake. However, I didn't hear the earth moving; instead, I heard a moan coming from below from Ana's spot.

  • My Young StepMom   Chapter - 14

I was on my way to the university, but I couldn't sit still in my seat. I couldn’t even bring myself to open the calculus and physics notes inside my bag. How could I focus when my mind was trapped in what had happened last night, compounded by the news from this morning? I didn't even know what to feel. I should have been happy that my husband would live a long life, but it felt as though my own heart had died. Upon arriving on campus, instead of heading straight to my classroom, I deliberately followed Henry because we needed to talk in private. I made my way to the Engineering Faculty Office. Fortunately, it was still early, so the room was empty. When I opened the door, I found Henry standing by the window, staring outside with a wine glass in his hand. It was barely morning, yet he was already drinking. Was he trying to drown his emotions?“Henry…” I called softly as I closed the door behind me.He slowly turned around. His face remained expressionless, but his eyes pierced str

  • My Young StepMom   Chapter - 13

I woke up feeling heavy all over. The first thing I noticed when I opened my eyes was the intense soreness and pain between my thighs. But before I could even move I felt the warmth of a large palm wrapped tightly around my stomach. I could feel Henry breathing behind me; he was sleeping so soundly that he was even snoring softly. I slowly removed his hand from my waist. My whole body really ached because Henry touched me all night long. Sometimes, I would just wake up because of his kisses. I could no longer count how many rounds we did, but I was sure of one thing: he let out all of his fluids inside me. I went into the bathroom and immediately turned on the shower. I could no longer stop my tears from flowing. I washed my body, trying hard to remove the smell and traces of Henry’s saliva, but I knew that no matter how hard I scrubbed, the stain on my conscience could never be erased. I committed treason. In the very room where my dying husband was, I gave myself up to his son. A

He kissed my neck, causing my head to tilt, but unexpectedly, I saw Freddie move. My eyes widened, and I wasn't mistaken. My heart nearly burst from my chest when I saw Freddie move, his eyes seemingly about to open. In a fit of shock and fear, I forced myself to push Henry away with all my might. Gasping for air, I stared at his confused face, my whole body trembling at the terror that in the blink of an eye, we might be caught by his own father.“Stop! Stop it!” I continued to push him. He followed my gaze, and his jaw tightened instantly. The lingering softness in Henry’s eyes was suddenly replaced by burning rage. Instead of being afraid or pulling away because of my warning, he seemed even more insulted and angered by my words. He pressed his heavy body against me even harder, seemingly not caring if his father, who was sleeping on the other bed, woke up."Why? Are you scared?" he whispered, his voice sharp and menacing."What are you afraid of, Solana? That you'll be charged wit

I no longer wait to see what else will happen in the kitchen. In the midst of my shock and fear, I quickly turn around and run upstairs, heading straight to the bedroom I share with my husband. Upon entering, I immediately lock the door behind me, and only then do I dare to take a deep breath.I change into my sleepwear and lie down on the other bed, right next to Freddie. I am determined to stay inside this room for good, avoiding any trouble or any chance of running into Henry. Because of being exhausted from a whole day of commuting and the sheer weight of everything that has transpired, I don’t even notice myself drifting off to sleep beside my husband. But in the middle of the night, my slumber slowly fades as a strange sensation stirs me awake. I feel someone caressing my leg, followed by gentle kisses crawling upward. I try to sit up to see what is happening, but before I can even move, a heavy body suddenly presses down on me. Before a scream can escape my throat, a wide pal

  • My Young StepMom   Chapter - 10

The hours slipped by so fast, and before I knew it, it was already six o’clock in the evening. My classes for the day had ended, but it felt like I hadn’t absorbed a single thing because my mind was completely elsewhere, replaying what had happened earlier. Henry’s burning warmth, the scent of his breath, and the way he looked at me all of it kept looping in my imagination like a broken record. I could only let out a heavy sigh as I kept walking until I finally cleared the campus gates. While I was looking for a ride, a familiar black SUV slowly rolled up right in front of me. It slowed down just enough for me to catch a glimpse through the heavily tinted windows. I knew it was Henry inside. I froze mid-step, half-expecting the car to stop or the window to roll down so he could taunt me again. But it just kept moving, accelerating away and blending smoothly into the flow of traffic, treating me as if I were nothing but thin air he happened to pass by on the road.Left with no choice,

My name is Henry Del Carmen, and I am your professor for this major subject. I understand that most of you are still adjusting after the vacation, but since this is the Second Semester of your First Year in Mechanical Engineering, we will not waste any time."I swallowed hard. Statics is one of the hardest foundational subjects in the first year of engineering. This is where we study forces acting on objects that are at rest or in a state of equilibrium. And the thought of the man who hates me being the one to teach and grade me in this exact subject felt like a total nightmare."In this subject," Henry continued as he walked across the front of the room, passing so close to my desk that I caught a whiff of his familiar cologne—a pricey scent with a bit of a sharp edge."No one passes just because of their looks or influence."I felt my cheeks burn. I knew that last line was meant for me. It felt like he wanted to rub it in my face that even though I inherited eighty percent of his fa

"Aren't you going to school yet, Sol?"I looked up at Roberto who was currently organizing his papers in the living room. He had only visited Freddie, and tomorrow he would be flying to Europe."In a while, Roberto. I'm just waiting for the driver to return, and then I'll have him drop me off at sch

I slowly pushed Freddie's wheelchair back to his room. My chest felt unbearably heavy as I stared at his back.As soon as we entered, his personal nurse came over to check his vital signs and manage his pain medication. Freddie lay down on the bed, and as I looked at him, I could clearly see the pa

The sunlight streaming through the large windows of the dining hall failed to provide any warmth to me. Instead, I seemed to feel even colder as I sat across the long table. At the end of the table sat Freddie in his wheelchair. His skin was as pale as paper, and every breath was accompanied by a f

  • My Young StepMom   Chapter - 5

I was disgusted with myself. Why was I feeling this way about the man who had insulted me? But the truth was, my body seemed to be rebelling. Every crisp curse Henry uttered below, and every one of Ana's squeals, seemed to make me gasp in the dark. I squeezed my eyes shut, desperately praying for i
